GARAGE FLOORING
Commercial & Industrial Epoxy Floor Coatings
Garage Outfitters Floor Coatings
Low-maintenance polyurea floors are resistant to stains, spills and harsh, concrete-damaging winter salts. Choose from an array of colours and textures, including 6 solid colours and 10 granite-look flake colours – all with a high-gloss shine.
With a two-day install/cure time, class-leading materials and polished good-looks, our polyurea floor coating will bring style and durability to your garage for years to come.
While both products are resistant to salt, oil, gasoline and other contaminants, the fact that Polyurea penetrates your concrete as opposed to epoxies, ensures that there is a more absolute bond, which is why the floors can stand up to the test of time and not peel up. Polyurea quick dry times allow for a one-day installation with a one-day cure time.
Floors are ready for vehicle traffic after only 72 hours vs. the one week cure time of epoxy. Our Polyurea coating can be installed in temperatures anywhere from -40 degrees C to +40 degrees C, proving its resilience to our harsh Canadians winters.

We carefully prepare the floor to ensure a quality job on each and every floor. Cracks and seams are filled and the whole floor is diamond grinded to smooth the surface & for superior adhesion.
Next a tinted primer coat is added on top of the smoothed floor.
The chips are broadcast for an even and full coverage.
The final step is to lay a highly durable, chemical resistant, and UV stable top coat. This coat will not discolor over time, keeping your floor in pristine condition.
Benefits of “GO” Polyurea Garage Floor Coating
A seamless membrane – when fully dry the finished floor is easy to maintain very resilient to abrasion and impacts and equally resistant to oil gas solvents and harsh chemicals.
Environmentally safe – extremely low odor during and after installation; no dust residue; virtually no VOC vapour (Volatile Organic Compound); LEED certification (“green” excellence).
Total surface penetration – the Polyurea coating penetrates right into the concrete and does not just bond to the surface ensuring an absolute bond without any peeling or cracking.
Fast drying – fast usage – the Polyurea floor coating allows for one-day installation and quick curing time. You can walk on it after three hours and drive (or park) a vehicle after 24 hours.
Installation temperature – floor coating applications can be installed at temperatures that range from -40°C to +40°C. Finished floors are resilient throughout the harsh winter weather.
Scratch resistant – an excellent option for high traffic surfaces where a protective floor finish is required. Typically the Polyurea floor coating will never need resurfacing again.
Warranty – Garage Outfitters understands how important it is to protect your new investment which is why we offer a manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years and up to 10 year warranty on labor (depending on the state of your existing concrete).

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does installation take?
We offer one and two day coating systems. Tiles can be installed in just a few hours.
Does everything have to be out of the garage during flooring installation?
Yes, everything has to be out of the garage during garage floor coating installation.
What is the difference between polyurea coatings and epoxy coatings?
Epoxy coatings are a type of floor coating that protects the concrete flooring of your garage. Our epoxy was formulated specifically for our dealers’ needs. Although it is extremely durable, all epoxy will fade and yellow if direct sunlight is applied over time .Our polyurea coatings are much more durable and long-lasting than any epoxy. The coating type is resistant to damage from chemicals and UV rays, so it won’t yellow or fade over time. It’s also more environmentally friendly.
Is the floor covering slippery?
For tiles, we combine just the right mix of plastic and rubber compounds, so it’s not slippery when wet. The floor coatings can be slippery, because they are impervious to liquids. The full layer of chips adds texture to help with the slipperiness. If this is a real concern for you, then a special anti-slip product can be added to the top coat for an additional charge.
How do I clean my new floor?
Power wash, bristle brooms and/or mops are highly effective. Our coatings are impervious to liquids, so oil and chemicals can be wiped up without staining the floor. Dirt and other debris can be washed out simply with a hose or light pressure wash.
Are the resins used harmful to me or the environment?
No. Unlike cheaper kits, our products have a high solids content, which means fewer solvents and less VOCs are emitted that evaporate into the air.
Does the floor scratch?
No. Our polyurea coatings are highly resistant to damage once they’re fully installed. They won’t scratch and they resist staining from water or oil.
Does the flooring leave a smell?
No.
Do you offer a warranty for garage epoxy flooring?
Floor coatings come with a 10-year limited warranty.
